• Killed in an Israeli airstrike that directly targeted press tents next to the Nasser Medical Complex compound in Khan Younis at 2:45 am. His colleague Hilmi Al-Faqaawi died on the spot whereas Ahmad Mansour had suffered severe burns as was seen in footage showing being burned alive while being unable to move from his desk. Ahmad Mansour succumbed to his injuries around 2:30 am the next day. Another civilian accompanying the crew was killed by shrapnel in his sleep that killed him on the spot. Seven other prominent journalists were also injured.
• According to Palestinian media outlets, the tent that was targeted belonged to Palestine Today TV.
