Casualties: Three journalists were killed, and three others were injured. Those killed include cameraman Wissam Qassem from Al-Manar, and cameraman Ghassan Najjar and engineer Mohamed Reda from Al Mayadeen.

Location and Timing: The strike occurred around 3:00 a.m. on October 25, 2023, in Hasbaya, southeast Lebanon, near the Israel-Lebanon border, an area not previously targeted and known to be hosting media personnel.

Details of the Attack: The compound, a guesthouse accommodating approximately 18 journalists from seven different media outlets, was struck without prior warning. Vehicles and equipment clearly marked as "PRESS" were overturned and damaged, although the strike took place at night, which may have impacted visibility.
