Freelance photojournalist, Mohammad Abu Matar worked for several news agencies.
He was killed during an Israeli airstrike in Rafah city in the southern Gaza Strip, according to the Palestinian Journalists’ Syndicate and the Palestinian Authority’s official news agency Wafa. He was transferred to Abu Youssef Al-Najjar Hospital.
