The freelance journalist Mohammad Al-Sharafi was killed in an Israeli airstrike on the Jabalia refugee camp in northern Gaza.

Mohammed Al-Sharafi, a 25-year-old Palestinian journalist and freelance photographer for Al-Aqsa TV, was killed along with his brothers Moaz and Diaa in an Israeli strike on the Jabalia refugee camp in northern Gaza. Their bodies were found by neighbors two days later.

The family had been forced to flee Jabalia to Gaza City during the Israeli military operation, but the three brothers were unable to evacuate and remained in the camp. A correspondent for Al-Aqsa TV confirmed that Mohammed had been working as a freelance photographer and editor since June and had stayed behind when other journalists evacuated.
