Muhammad Muhammad Nasr Kamel Abu Huwaidi | محمد محمد نصر كامل ابو هويدي
29 years old, from Gaza city, Photojournalist at Al-Istiqlal Newspaper, he was killed on December 22 (or 23 depending of the sources), 2023 as a result of an Israeli bombing that targeted him during his press coverage of the events in the Shujaiya neighborhood, according to the Palestinian Journalists’ Syndicate, the Qatar-funded London-based pan Arab newspaper Al-Araby Al-Jadeed, the Beirut-based press freedom group SKeyes, and the Cairo-based independent website Daaarb.
