Full Name: Muhammad Moeen Mahmoud Ayyash | محمد معين محمود عياش
Mohammed Moeen Ayyash, a Palestinian journalist and a freelance photographer, working for Gaza Now, Al Mayadeen and Wafaf was killed in an Israeli airstrike on his home in Nuseirat refugee camp in central Gaza, along with 20 members of his family, ahead of temporary ceasefireaccording to the Amman-based news outlet Roya News, the Palestinian Journalists’ Syndicate, and the Palestinian Authority’s official news agency Wafa.
"At dawn today, Thursday, IOF warplanes launched several raids on citizens' homes in Nuseirat and its camp in the central Gaza Strip, and in Jabalia in the north. Our correspondent reported that photojournalist Muhammad Muin Ayyash was martyred, along with a number of his family members, following the bombing of his house in Nuseirat.
He added that the occupation planes launched violent raids against the homes of citizens of Nuseirat camp, which resulted in the death and injury of dozens of citizens."
It seems that the first target of this airstrike was the Mohammed's brother, Mustafa Ayyash, the founder and director of the Gaza Now Media, a Palestinian news agency based in Gaza (with Telegram channel, Facebook page, and television station) among the most popular in Gaza, rapidly growing in popularity during the Gaza war. However, Mustafa Ayyash was not killed in this attack.
The Permanent Observer of Palestine at the United Nations Salah Abdel-Shafi and Chairman of Hamas Political Bureau Ismail Haniyeh mourned the death of this family.

Al Mayadeen English statement :
"@MayadeenEnglish The Wafa Palestinian News Agency reported the martyrdom of the photojournalist Mohammad Ayyash, along with several members of his family, as a result of an IOF airstrike that targeted his home in the Nuseirat refugee camp in Central #Gaza. With Ayyash's martyrdom, the number of journalist martyrs in Gaza since the beginning of the aggression has reached 63. This comes after the Israeli occupation deliberately targeted two of Al Mayadeen's journalists, martyr Farah Omar and martyr Rabih Me'mari, on the border in southern Lebanon. The occupation is deliberately targeting journalists as part of its policy to distort facts and assassinate the Palestinian narrative."
