On December 11, 2023, Narmeen Qawwas ( نرمين قواس ), who worked with Russia Today, was killed in an Israeli airstrike on her home. According to reports by the Palestinian Journalists Syndicate, Qawwas lost her life when a bomb struck her home.
According to the Palestinian Ambassade to Unesco, Nermin Qawwas, 28 years old, from Gaza city, was a Freelance journalist - trainee with Russia Today channel and
previously worked at the Communications Media Institute. She was martyred on
11/12/2023 as a result of an Israeli bombing of her home in Gaza. She was killed with her husband and children. PJS confirmed.
