• Full name: Omar Salah Saleh Al-Dirawi | عمر صلاح صالح الديراوي
• Freelance photojournalist working for the Martyrs of Al-Aqsa Hospital.
• Killed along with his parents and brother in an Israeli airstrike on his family’s home in Zawayda, central Gaza. Omar's father, Salah Al-Dirawi, was the head of traffic police in central Gaza. It is likely he was targeted by Israel as it had been on a killing spree of law enforcement officers and agents when it perpetrated this massacre, noting that over 780 such agents were killed by Israel as of the date of this massacre.
He received the 2023 "Impact Lucie Award" along with 45 other Gaza photojournalists.
