Killed in an Israeli airstrike on a busy intersection market in Gaza City where over 30 people were killed. Among the victims was his brother-in-law Ramy.
Yahya headed to the massacre scene to report when a second Israeli airstrike killed him.
His murder occurred mere hours after the birth of his firstborn Amira.
